This policy explains what vektorcore.ai collects when you visit the site or request a demo, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, and it applies to this website only - a product deployment is governed by the agreement with your organisation.
What we collect
If you request a demo, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, work email, organisation, role and any note you add. We use them to reply to you and to prepare the demo. We do not buy, enrich or sell this information.
The website itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and reliability, retained for a limited period.
How we use it
To respond to your request, to schedule and run a demo, and - if you agree - to keep you informed about the pilot programme. We do not use demo-form data to train models.
Where it is stored
Demo requests are delivered by email to our team in Riyadh and kept in our mailbox and CRM. If you would like a request deleted, write to privacy@vektorcore.ai and we will confirm within ten working days.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to further contact. Email privacy@vektorcore.ai. If you are outside the Kingdom, equivalent rights under your local law apply.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where we have your email, tell you.
